In addition, you can take a hot spring bath surrounded by nature, which will refresh you.

Point 2 You’ll enjoy the ryokan’s cuisine!

Dishes vary depending on the season, but diners can enjoy uniquely Japanese meals such as sashimi and sukiyaki.

Point 3 A full range of free services

The ryokan also features a full range of services.

For example, yonakisoba, a soy-sauce flavored ramen, is served as the evening meal.

It is nice to be able to enjoy Japanese ramen at a ryokan.

Rooms in Mizunoto

Of the rooms in the new building and the main building, we stayed in the main building this time.

The rooms are older than the new building, but they are clean.

The toilets and bathrooms in the rooms looked like this.

And in the room, there was a service of Japanese sweets such as rice crackers and manjuu (steamed buns).

In addition to tea, there was coffee to drink, and coffee beans were ground by the machine shown in the photo above.

I enjoyed both the pastries and the coffee!

Mizunoto meals

Dinner

The main course is a colorful Japanese kaiseki meal using a variety of seasonal ingredients, or you can grill your own main meat and vegetables.

Here are some of the Japanese kaiseki dishes we have chosen for your reference.

When we visited, we chose sukiyaki as our main course.

The meat is dipped in egg and eaten. It is very delicious.

You can also eat various other dishes such as sashimi.

Japanese cuisine means that you can enjoy a uniquely Japanese meal.

Breakfast

Breakfast is Japanese food(Washoku).

Salmon, etc., shown in the foreground of the photo, were grilled on the net at the back of the photo.
